At Healer Labs London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship to London Studio

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal confirmation and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
